Send reminders to my clients


You can easily send reminders to customers who have not yet completed their security deposit. Two methods are available, depending on whether you want to target a specific request or several at once.


Send a reminder to a Single Customer


If a specific customer has not yet made the security deposit, you can remind them directly.

  1. On your dashboard, locate the line for the relevant transaction
  2. Click the "Relaunch" button on that same line



Send reminders to Multiple Customers at Once


Save time by send reminders to all customers who have a missing security deposit for an upcoming date in a single click.

  1. Apply the Filter: Click the "Not secure (7d)" button at the top of your dashboard
    • This filter automatically displays transactions where the security deposit has not been completed and the start date is within the next 7 days
  2. Select the Bookings: Check the boxes next to the requests you wish to resend. (A master checkbox allows you to select them all with one click)
  3. Initiate the Reminder: Click the "Relaunch" button that appears
