My account balance

In your Swikly space, the Account Balance tab gives you a complete overview of your finances. By clicking on Account Balance in your left-hand menu, you will find: 

• Your current Swikly balance 
• The date of your next payout to your bank account 
• The detailed history of all your transactions 

Understanding the Transaction Table 

Your activity details are presented in a table, segmented by period (weekly or monthly). For each transaction, you will see this information: 

• Date: The precise date and time of the transaction
• Type: Whether it is a collection, a refund, or a payout
• Amount: The amount credited or debited
• Reason: The description associated with the transaction
• Reference: The Swikly reference linked to the initial security deposit request
• Types of Movements: 
  • Collections: These are the funds you receive. 
  • Refunds: These are the amounts you pay back to the tenant. Swikly first uses the available balance in your wallet. If this is insufficient, the remainder is taken from the payment method registered on your account. 
  • Payouts: These are the transfers of your available funds from your Swikly wallet to your bank account. These payouts combine all collections from the previous period. You can filter the display to show only these operations by checking "Show only payouts".
