Your payment method
To enable us to process the invoice payments, it's time to add a payment method to your Swikly account.
- Click on Preferences from the menu on the left,
- From the Payment Method tab
- Click on Add a Payment Method. You can :
- Register a credit card for the direct debit of your invoices.
- Add a bank account with the signature of a direct debit mandate, which avoids affecting the limit of your card. This is the option we recommend to make it easier to collect invoices
- Enter your credit card number or IBAN and click on Associate a bank card to Swikly or Associate a bank account to Swikly
Please note that without a valid payment method on your Swikly account, your Swikly links will not be functional.
When am I billed?
Your invoices are sent by e-mail and debited monthly, at the start of each month. As a reminder, Swikly works on a pay-as-you-go basis, without subscription or commitment.
Where can I find my invoices?
Your monthly invoices are available from the Account and Invoices tab in the left menu, then on the Invoices tab at the top.
Receipt of funds
In order for us to process the fund transfers (related to your reclaim or payment requests), you need to add a bank account.
- Click on Preferences from your menu on the left,
- From the Receipt of Funds tab
- Click on Add a Bank Account
- Enter your bank account details and click on Associate a bank account to Swikly
You can update your payment methods and receipt of funds method at any time.
When do I receive my funds?
You can choose the frequency of your payments:
- Monthly payment
- Weekly payment
By default, your funds are paid out monthly. To change the payout frequency to weekly payments, it is necessary to contact our sales team and sign a contract. This procedure ensures the security of our services and helps prevent any fraudulent use.
Funds pending on your Swikly account are always displayed in the top left-hand corner of your Swikly account, along with the date of the next transfer.
