Refund an online payment
You can refund an online payment made by your customer up to 11 months after the transaction.
To do this, it’s quite simple:
- Search for the relevant transaction on your dashboard
- Click on Refund
- Choose the amount to refund
- Click the Reimbursement Request button
What is the refund delay?
If you have funds on your Swikly account or use your credit card as a payment method, the refund will be credited to your customer's bank account within 72 hours.
If you don't have any funds on your Swikly account or if you are using a SEPA direct debit mandate, the refund will take up to 7 days to reach your customer's bank account.
