Refund an online payment 


You can refund an online payment made by your customer up to 11 months after the transaction.

 

To do this, it’s quite simple: 


  1. Search for the relevant transaction on your dashboard 
  2. Click on Refund
  3. Choose the amount to refund 
  4. Click the Reimbursement Request button 

 

What is the refund delay? 

  • If you have funds on  your Swikly account or use your credit card as a payment method, the refund will be credited to your customer's bank account within 72 hours. 

  • If you don't have any funds on your Swikly account or if you are using a SEPA direct debit mandate, the refund will take up to 7 days to reach your customer's bank account.
