Let’s get started ! To get started with Swikly, follow these simple steps to complete your account.
Your Account Information
Your legal information
- Click on the Account and invoices tab on the left menu
- Select the corresponding category from the following options: Small Business, Small or Medium-sized company, Large Company, Sole Proprietorship, Non-profit organization, or Individual. Keep in mind that the choice you make may influence the documents needed to verify your identity, in accordance with the KYC (Know Your Customer) standards
- If you are registering as a Company: Fill in your legal name, Business Registration number, intra-community VAT number, and billing address
Legal representative
If you have registered as a Company, provide the personal information of the legal representative.
Your business information
Industry & Trade Name
Choose your industry
- Add your business name: this will be the name that will be visible to your customer on the deposit or payment request form.
- If you have one, add a business email address. This address will be used for any communication with your customers if contact is needed.
- Add your logo. This logo will be displayed on all deposit forms.
Other information
Add a link to your General Terms and Conditions of Sale to automatically integrate them into all Swik deposit forms.
- If you manage multiple accounts on Swikly, this is also the perfect place to add an internal reference – this will help you stay organized.
Before you move on to the next step, take a moment to verify that all the information you have provided are accurate and matches the official documents requested on the legal documents page. Once everything is in order, don't forget to tick the confirmation box and click the "Save" button.
