Customize my notifications
From your Swikly account, you have the ability to configure the emails sent automatically by the system in response to various operations.
- From the menu on the left, click on Preferences
- Click on the My Notifications tab
Here are the types of emails you will receive:
- Swik request: When you submit a swik request
- Transaction approval: As soon as your customer accepts a transaction
- Customer refund: When a refund has been successfully completed to your customer's bank account
- Customer Collection: When you make a claim on swik
- Incoming and outgoing inventory of premises: When an inbound or outbound inventory is carried out by your customer
- Swik Release: When you release a swik
- Cancellation confirmation: When you cancel a swik request
- Swikly billing: When a monthly invoice is available
- Transfer of funds: when we transfer you funds (following the claim of a swik for example)
Below each email type, you can deactivate, edit, and add email addresses. For example, you can add the person in charge of accounting in the "Swikly billing" field so that they receive invoices every month.
You also have the option of disabling the automatic emails we send to your customers:
- From the menu on the left, click on Preferences
- Click on the Customer Notifications tab
- Uncheck the types of emails you wish to disable
